In today’s market we no longer carry out formal Red Book valuations for secured lending
because banks prefer ‘big firm’ panel valuers.
What we have which most of the big firms lack is really detailed market knowledge
of the UK golf sector – as that is what we deal with all day, every day. We are not
valuers who value all sorts of property plus the occasional golf course. We stick
to what we know – UK golf.
